01 / WHAT I BRING

One point of connection.
Across the whole operation.

I enjoy finding what needs attention, building a workable process, and seeing it through. My experience sits at the intersection of operations, people, and systems.

01 / OPERATIONS

Keep operations moving

Coordinate schedules, monitor live routes, arrange vehicle support, and work with vendors to resolve issues as priorities change.

02 / PEOPLE

Support the team

Help recruit and onboard employees, coach drivers, maintain records, and handle employee concerns with care and discretion.

03 / SYSTEMS

Make systems work better

Turn recurring problems into clear processes. Use spreadsheets, digital tools, and hands-on troubleshooting to make everyday work easier.

02 / SELECTED CONTRIBUTIONS

Experience in action.

A closer look at the problems I worked on, the decisions I made, and the processes I helped improve at En Route 24/7 Logistics.

01 / WORKFORCE PLANNING

A clearer way
to allocate shifts.

Built a scheduling framework around employment status, seniority, availability, and performance.

The challenge

Shift allocation needed clearer criteria, while daily absences and changes still had to be covered.

My contribution

I developed a four-tier framework, used AI-assisted percentage calculations to help rebalance allocations, and drafted a written scheduling policy. I maintained the weekly master schedule and revised coverage daily.

What it produced

A repeatable allocation method and a written explanation of how scheduling decisions were made.

02 / FLEET COORDINATION

Keep vehicles ready.
Keep routes moving.

Connected repair shops, dealerships, rental providers, and drivers to resolve vehicle issues.

The challenge

Vehicles awaiting repair could disrupt route coverage and create extra pressure on the team.

My contribution

I expanded vendor relationships, coordinated repairs and rentals, sourced parts, and handled minor repairs directly. I followed up with service providers to keep vehicle availability visible.

What it supported

More repair options, reduced downtime, and lower costs through practical maintenance and vendor follow-through.

03 / PEOPLE COORDINATION

Support that continues
after onboarding.

Helped employees get started, stay informed, and build confidence in daily delivery operations.

The day-to-day need

A large delivery team needed consistent hiring support, clear expectations, coaching, and reliable records.

My contribution

I supported recruitment and onboarding, maintained employee records, coached drivers, and helped coordinate training and on-road audits. I handled employee concerns with discretion and followed up on safety and return-to-work matters.

What it connected

Recruitment, employee support, and operational coverage in one continuous workflow.

03 / EXPERIENCE

A foundation built
on the ground.

Experience across Canadian logistics and operations, with earlier people coordination and administrative work in Iran.
